GD, Regarding Iraq war possibility. I believe the administration will play down war as long as possible because the damage prolonged uncertainty can do to the markets.
Better off having uncertainty for a short time (lets say 2 weeks or so before the attack) and not 3 months as that can do serious damage to the markets in that time.

Of course the markets could be headed there anyways but the administration will still try to be careful about that comments.
