A leader is responsible for bringing easily foreseen scandal to the party. I think he meant no harm, but I don't think that is relevant, and if you saw the last time, too much of a case can be made against him from past behavior. I do not think the case is conclusive, and I like Lott, but he is a big liability. I did not think that, in normal circumstances, Newt should have had to step down for screwing up his marriage, but under actual circumstances, he did the right thing........
