Equity Funds report net cash outflows of $3.6 Billion for the week ended 12/18/02 - with over 3/4 coming from Domestic Funds.
Technology Funds report the largest outflow from the sector since 8/14/02 ($418 Million).
International Equity Funds report outflows from all emerging & developed regions, except Latin America.
International Debt Funds & Emerging Market Debt Funds report inflows.
Taxable Bond inflows total $789 Million - with most going to High Yield & Investment Grade Corporate Bond Funds.
Money Market Funds report outflows ($34.0 Billion).
Municipal Bond outflows total $306 Million.

I cant point to any one thing and say this is why i feel we are about to get a strong bounce, but that is the general feel i have. i think it starts friday and we somehow make a move up to 1088 ndx and 930 spx.
