Sad about Tim. I did not know him but interacted with him a tiny bit once in a while. Someone posted a photo of him once and he was rather good looking, in a bad boy sort of way. One of the things I learned from meeting SI people in 3D is that you really can't judge a person by how they present on SI. Some are just as wonderful in real life as they seem on SI, and some are total phonies. Also, some people that are otherwise OK just sort of come apart at the seams, slowly, under the wear and tear of life. Attempted armed robbery is beyond the pale, and I feel a great deal of compassion for the people who thought they knew Tim Luke and trusted him.
