Mr Rafsanjani said American President George W. Bush was preparing for war despite Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's apparent surrender to the latest United Nations Security Council resolution on Iraq. Saddam has surrendered nothing except old or useless information, and this includes the information only submitted in Arabic. All Saddam had to do was to prove to even the most skeptical that he had no weapons. He won't even place Iraqi scientists, and their families at liberty to leave Iraq, when he could be ordering them to leave and tell everything they know. IC
