That's a Rove political speciality. He and GWB are MASTERS at moving the opposition's targets. Drives the entrenched left-especially the NY media-absolutely NUTS. I doubt those two had much more than advisory input on an internal Senate matter. But, as the Dems can't seem to learn, failure to listen to them can be fatal...
