Hi, William. Yeah, it is just like one of my teenagers setting their own restriction rules on a serious issue. It goes something like this. I can't talk on the phone at all for 1 whole month. . . . . . . . except when my boyfriend calls from work, because he must get special permission then. . . or when he calls from home on days other than the weekend, which is when we get to see each other. However, if I need help on a homework assignment, I can call whichever friend I want for as long as I need to, because that is a school thing. . . .and I can go over to a friends to study when I need to, but not to socialize. Then after 1 month everything returns to normal and I will be sufficiently punished. Self-regulation is a joke. Rande Is

Hi William, Yep. I was listening a little to the press conference. I kept thinking how that whole thing reminds me of the "Liar's Club". It is appalling what they'll get away with. Essentially, they'll have even more opportunity now, to do exactly what they've been doing, and worse. Why do we need a puppet bureaucracy to rate and rank investment analyst's performance. I see this as giving them cover, if anything at all. What a farce... KT
