Real bloated?.....we are spending LESS than most states on education and a LOT of other things....
Get the Texas Cartel to give back $20 Billion and we'd have chance...unlike the WHITEHOUSE Gov't....California just can't SPEND MONEY THEY DON"T HAVE!
Funny how the previously frugel Publicans ignore the new massive deficit spending, it's always convenient for them
