The fact is that there have been no road construction in Afghanistan in at least ten years, and the ones that now exist are rubble and dirt roads... also, no schools have been built either... a few Islamic charity groups have constructed some minimal medical facilities, but no mention of Bin Laden has ever been uttered... a visit back to Afghanistan just this past month shows some construction and building of roads, all being done by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers... where this taliban senator ever got her second hand information is beyond me... GZ
