They will have to vote for the tax increases to keep the state out of BK.

That is a very desperate situation. It sounds like there hasn't been any accountability on the part of your legislatures any more than there has been on mine.

I'm not sure what the people have to do short of complete revolt to get these people to work within logical budgets? Makes me think that they are all just a bunch of greedy robber barons.
