The fiscal year started on 10/1 and this congress will be

dead duck for quite a while and members of Bush's gang are firing themselves at a promising rate which adds even more lame ducks. Since the start of the FY Bush has increased the public debt by over 100 billion dollars and there's no budget.
It's a totally bankrupt system - long ago.
