This is just what I had in mind. I've got my eye on this one:

It is on a corner lot, and is almost within my budget, I will only need a small loan to afford it, the RETAXES will add up along with maintenance. I like the trim on the stucco is that brick or just RED PAINT? Maybe it is sort of a WESTERN motif like the ones in Tucson I am looking at, sort of an adobe feel. I can put my sports car in the garage, but I am told the neighbors don like it if you park the SUV on the sidewalk.

There is a City lights view, almost as good as my nearly OCEANFRONT ARCHITECT DESIGNED EXECUTIVE HOME . Oh yes, the sq footage is almost as big as my current master bedroom. I suppose we can put the rest of the furniture in storage.

Very nice, no?

PS : I am assuming I will not need an illegal gun to walk to the Muni?
