tort litigation now accounts for 2.4% of GDP. its out of hand. its not some really bad verdicts. 95% wrongful cases don't justify the 5% valid.

None of what I posted was crap. They were the facts as they happened in a socialized European country. If you don't believe me I couldn't care less and if you want a European system in this country you are certainly free to work toward it.
