Back in the 60s Richard Speck tied up 8 student nurses. Spent 48 hours torturing raping and killing them. The USSC overturned the death penalty across the US before he got to sit in Old Sparky. The bastard turned out to be a closet queer and even had breast implants while in prison. Somehow he was able to amass large sums of money and cocaine. Lived like a queen at taxpayers expense until he had a heart attack. Makes the idea of a vengeful God pretty appealing.
