Have you checked home prices in Austin? DELLicious! or is that DELLerious? San Antone seems OK, too hot, Corpus Christi at least has a beach. I do have an SO who is accustomed to a bit more than 800sq ft. in squalor. I am thinking a nice new pool home with mountain view might be nice to rent, they do have a university in Tucson you know, well we are going to visit and I will take a close inspection. Its not for forever you know. But I will never get an empty beach with the view I have now back unless I win the lottery, heck even that probably wouldn't do it.
