How about this one, it is 4B/2B and tandem garage for your Mini and IT (Ginger your Segway available from Amazon.com): realtor.com

Or should I go for this one : realtor.com 2B/1 with hardwood floors it has some character check out the decorative treatment of the main window. It's only $2,110 per month with $87K down and $4-5K per YEAR taxes. Don't forget the 20% per mo APPRECIATION YOU CAN EXPECT (based on historical averages, your returns may vary). YOU COULD BE THE PROUD OWNER OF THIS MAGNIFICANT HOME.

I like the color scheme on this one but it is getting a bit out of my price range: realtor.com

Gee, I really like this one : realtor.com but it is WAY out of my price range, it is even priced at what at ONE time I thought MY house was worth. This one has it all : Vinyl flooring Paved driveway Level lot Microwave oven . SADLY, it is UNAFFORDABLE FOR ME. I checked the map and it is right next to the freeway and Mission St. I wish I could get in on the ground floor on this one!

Now my alternative is this:
