The listing covers common shares forming part of the 50 million units to be sold to the public at a price of $3.05 per unit pursuant to the terms of a prospectus dated Nov. 28, 2002. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $5 for a period of five years.
