The k.wt? - 'five years', and that was from early this month ... so, Dec 2007 i guess ... strike is 5.00

' An additional 75 million common shares will be listed at the open on Thursday,
Dec. 5, 2002. The listing covers common shares forming part of the 50 million
units to be sold to the public at a price of $3.05 per unit pursuant to the terms of a
prospectus dated Nov. 28, 2002. Each unit consists of one common share and
one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the
holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $5 for a period of five
years. The units will separate immediately upon the closing of the public offering.
