Ted, you and Bob have lost me. All you are doing is playing with your selves. Put your selves in the position of FSTW, you are a company trying to become -small, medium, great, the turf is big. The{"PIE"} is BIGGGGG! MSFT hasn't done S__ t in there ventures outside their relm. They will loose millions thats millions in their Xbox venture - what makes you think they will make a dent in CRM. For FSTW to do well all that is necessary is for them to take a skimpy 1% of what is out there - that by the way will make me a million. At this point in time sales is sole on customer satisfaction!!! That takes a special talent - do all vendors have it? Than you bring in CA, they are loosers - happened after you left, their past doesn't make them a threat. Don't mean to pee on your parade -- but why continue hanging around if you are not happy? Me long, am happy with my choice - please don't try and influence me. I have felt the loss and gains and have accepted the responsability for my decisions. At this point its the gains and I jump !!
