Do you know how much STUFF I own? I have spent years collecting STUFF. Then there is the dog, my SO will not leave the dog, I like him too, man's best friend, although he likes her best, I wonder why? The dog keeps us from roaming round the wide world yonder but for the STUFF and the dog. I mentioned Greece, Spain, Bora Bora, INDIA(!!! I LIKE GOA plus in BANGALORE I can program for $500 big bucks a month (excuse me I meant year) . Most STUFF is antique furniture, last time she moved in with me sold nice dining room table for $100 bucks, cheeep, got paintings, veeerrrry nice furniture, stuff has no resale value.

Your suggestions suggest palm trees wish Kona or Kauai were a bit more reasonable. I wish I could convince her. Only thing is stash cash for trickle of INT is correct, would not last long on 2%(???). Will have to work as self employed investment advisor and not blow it you know.
