Shep, I have no bias, as a statistician and student of the social fabric, I am makeing a commentary not on race, but on the black voting block as a % of the population and it's contribution to the democrats overall statistical vote getting ability.

Now who wants to talk about the NewN, an organization conceived to replace the UN?

Do you think that list has anything to do with the fact that the south is close to 50% black in most areas?

btw, do you completely understand the data you're citing....I'm not comfortable with it..... please give an example of what it all means from one of the cities on the list....
