Nothing to be outraged about.

Patty Murray was also heard to say, "We need to see what it is about this Saddam Hussein guy that causes such solidarity of purpose in Iraq that 99.9% of the people vote for him and his policies. Think about that children, he must be a very great man."

WHY THE LIBERALS CAN'T WIN:

In the liberal world, there are far greater career dangers in praising Strom Thurmond than there are in praising Osama Bin Laden or Saddam Hussein.

Something new? NAH! It used to be a MARTAL SIN to slam Brezhnev, Kruschev, and Stalin. And, as JOHN KERRY said: Those government officials who tried to stop expansionism by the communist regime of Ho Chi Minh were CRIMINALS...

kenny, I'm not outraged,,, LOL the comment showed some insensitivity. But as an example of how stupidly dems think, it's another perfect example. I'd say 1% insensitivity and 99% stupidity. Although I may not know exactly what was said. The profer is absurd, and stupid. Any suggestion that any quote "good deeds" by binnie made him loved and America doing likewise would have changed anything is ludicrous.

For every dime binnie spent on whatever, I figure America spent several to several tens of thousands on humanitarian aid.

In many places in the Arab world, murray as she appeared and was speaking was guilty of crimes that could have got her stoned, whipped or put to death. (nothing to do with what she said) Duhhhh providing humanitarian aid to those folks would somehow make them love blaspheming Americans. Tell me you don't believe that LOL....

The stupidity of her proffer is spectacular. I have no doubt that's the kind of thinking you vote for.

For all you lefty loons, above I said I don't know what was actually said. Don't be stupid and come back with you said. Present your case for what ideas were presented and defend the LOL logic The ideas presented by murray is idiotic. And for several thousand relatives of those murdered Americans, I'd say very stressful.

Was presenting ideas that would hurt so many so recently wounded worth the supposed benefit of getting a few to think. Or are offering such stupid ideas as reason a form of child abuse.
