what makes it OK to give it to them outside US territory ? Kumar, the Government does not play by the same rules they set down for the Citizens. "Uppers" are a damn good short term answer to staying awake in a battle situation, and they do the job. The Addiction problem is smaller than the hollering about it. From what I have read so far, these two pilots are getting railroaded because they hit Canadian troops. I bet it will end up that they were never notified about the live night fire by the Canadians, and if they observed firing below them without knowing about them, it was legitimate for them to open up. Wait a year for the truth to come out.
