Iwas lucky; think my longest electrical outage was only three hours. Some of the folks on the coast, especially those way out on the ridges, have been without since the 13th. The radio keeps saying they will get it back Fri evening, but each morning, there are more people without than the night before. They have brought in crews from Ore. to help in Lake and Mendocino Counties. According to the paper, part of the problem is that PGE cut back on maintenance crews behind their bankruptcy problems. These poor guys out here are working their butts off. Thanks to all of them. It's been raining most of the day, but it has warmed up, and they say the snow level is going to be 3500 feet. Of course, they said that the snow level on Thurs was 3000 feet, moving up to 4000 over night, and I got about 5 inches at 2000 feet. Rat
