From the chart of IWA we can see how the volume has picked up the last couple of weeks. The close at the high of the day on Friday with a higher high and higher low shows the bulls are in control. With a little more volume this one could be ready for take-off. (Buy)

Int'l Wayside Gold Mines arranges $200,000 financing

News Release

Mr. J. Frank Callaghan reports

PRIVATE PLACEMENT ANNOUNCED
International Wayside Gold Mines has arranged a non-brokered private
placement of two million units at the price of 10 cents per unit, each unit
consisting of one common share of the company and one non-transferable
share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one further common
share of the company at the price of 15 cents per share within one year
from the date of issuance of the securities. A portion of the private
placement will be for the purchase of flow-through units. Closing is
subject to receipt of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. The company intends
to use the proceeds of the flow-through units for further exploration of
its Cariboo gold project at Wells, B.C., and the proceeds from the
non-flow-through units will be used for working capital purposes.
