Hi Pat, nothing wrong with caution however since you have been in TVI for awhile, you know the performance tests have been very favorable for TVI when tested by the military. They consistently withstood harsh testing including downdrafts from helicopters brought in to test their structural strength. Agreed that one must always exercise caution, but as for lawsuits over structural failure, I wouldn't withhold investing in TVI for that reason. I doubt that the structural integrity of the non-military shelters deviate significantly from the superior military designs. IMHO Good luck to you and all of us. Bayclipper
