These public records and files include all such public records and files filed by your counsel with the Freedom of Information Commission for in camera review in FIC No. 2001-131 and 2001-147 and also all records and files prepared, owned, used, received or retained by your department since February 1, 2001. I seek to conduct this inspection during your regular office or business hours, and reserve the right to seek copies of records or files in this manner provided by statute.
