It's almost laughable when I see these commercials that state when you buy drugs you support terrorist. They should be running campaigns stating that when you use more mideastern petroleum than is absolutely necessary, you fund terrorism.

You lefty jerks have learned nothing from the collapse of communism. You can have the strongest leadership in history with guns and the will to use them to back that up. But you can't command that a faerie tale become reality. The hydrogen economy will become reality if and only if it becomes economically feasible. Hydrogen power can and will replace oil - but when? Can we do it now? Yes, with new leadership.

"Hydrogen power can and will replace oil - but when" I understand the beauty of the thought but there must be a source of hydrogen to use it as fuel.... I am aware of fuel cell technology, but I think the source of H2 there is a petroleum product like gasoline... As someone just pointed out natural gas is also a source, but I you seem to be suggesting that H2 will be used directly as a fuel and I don't understand where it will be coming from. Also, I don't think we'll ever see the day when pure H2 will be used as a home heating heating fuel.....
