John Kerry on missile defense. Pay special attention to the date (prior to 9-11) and to the warning he gives the administration that the real threats are Al Qaida type cells attacking us within our borders. If Kerry had been president who knows, maybe 9-11 wouldn't have happened. Kerry supports testing SDI but not deploying. Like most fair-minded people, he suimply cannot see the threat it deters. North Korea has no ICBM's and never will. clw.org
