In the UK, a team of medical researchers determined that the instance of heart attacks increased during penalty shootouts in soccer matches. They want shootouts banned as a public health menace. If that study had been published in the US about sudden death overtime in the NFL, the ambulance chasers would have already filed suit against the league for damages and emotional distress. Maybe they should also ban Game 7 of any World Series and just call it a draw. ;<)
