Deviancy is defined as differing from "acceptable" behavior. Acceptability changes with the times, and has nothing whatsoever to do with science, and nothing (it seems to me) with kindness or goodness. Yours is a very interesting and prejudiced view of a whole group of people you choose to see as a mass by looking only at their sexual preferences. Miscegenation has been considered deviant. Women working as doctors has been considered deviant. Many, many things have been considered deviant, that we do not consider deviant today.

Do not try to cloak your prejudice in the mantle of science. I know very few scientists who would hold with your prejudices, and none who would try to substantiate what you have said with "science". Yours is an argument of emotional repulsion, and has very little to do with logic. Logic would seem to compel one to look at productivity and the usefulness of the citizen. I can't imagine what is logical about throwing out people on the basis of what types of adults they love.

What the hell does this mean???

In paragraph one you say, "Well if it is not typical, it's deviant. If it is not part of the norm, it's deviant."

But then in you last statement you say, " It is normal that some percent of a species be deviant."

You a bit confused or what?
