Yes, I still like RRI. I've been seduced by the story, and I still have plenty of confidence in the chart. The volume is good, has been good for some time, and the stock appears to be building a base around 2.35-2.75 since October.

I actually use the Wm%R(14) rather than setting it at 28 and it looks like it's about normal in its oscillations (gawd, I feel like a doctor).

I'm happy to hold my RRI shares for a while, letting it form a nice base here (or even a bit lower) until the story comes out. This is a long term hold for me, but a short term trader may want to exit here and hope to add back lower.

As for CMF, if you set it to 9 and just look back over the last 3 months, I don't think where it is, or its trajectory, is very worrying right now.

Others may see it differently, though.
