Since this is your specialty, I'll ask you if these cases are pertinent and current guidelines.

According to Nestor Vs. Fleming you have no right to SS even if you paid into the system.
In Helvering vs. Davis the court ruled social security wasn't a contributory insurance program, and the funds to be paid in were to paid into the treasury, not earmarked for any use.
