Here is your posts summary for all to see;
"Both right and left have meritous ideas. What it comes down to is the center. Right now Bush has their support but it's soft and he's had no competition up until now. Should be a very interesting battle."

Let me tell you something; I am an independent, and after reading your laundry list of rationalizations I conclude you have no chance of winning. Why? Because the construction of your argument is missing too many details, yes it addresses the appeasement you need on the left, and it attempts to paint yourself favorably with the right, but guess what bud? The voting block that matters the statistical majority is the center independents, and the ability to inspire the non voting majority to come off the bench.

Your guy kerry is just a rich bag of wind, we already know that, he needs to be all things to all people and will end up being None of the above.

kerry is just another demohack from taxachusetts representing who; blocks of special interest. Right now we independents would just put him on ignore, he does nothing for us, and cant; because what we want, would go against his core constituency.so just furrrgetaboutit.

PS a hint on how to be effective; listen better!

<<He's also backed by some very rich and powerful interests>>

If 68% of the American people are "rich and powerful interests", you can thank Ronald Reagan, and THANK GOD for George W. Bush!...
