Have you ever needed a lawyer? I was cheated by a major corporation out of my entire career once. They hated it that I could get a lawyer and finally win a settlement, after four years of agony and risking every dime I had. Have some respect for lawyers. Yes frivolous lawsuits should be banned. But consumer and small guy rights have to be fought for tooth and nail.
