Bob, ref: BTW, mike, you sure are sounding hostile and bitter lately. Are you beginning to worry that us "twins" might be right about the BS you are choking on? I have more than once said what great writers you Ted and Mike are (also that Mike was the greater because he can appreciate what you and Ted say - even though most think it sucks). I've got to tell you Mike's letter to me was a stroke of ?? Mike ranks with Gibran and Carlos Castaneda - in his ability to express himself.
