Here's an example of a little CRM company being swallowed up by a company in a complementary business.

Founded in 1996, DSS has grown to annual revenue of $12 million and has been profitable each year of its operation.

destinationcrm.com

Six years old, and revenue of $12 million. And, profitable every year.

That's about the same revenue as FSTW, isn't it?

Diversinet Corp., a Toronto-based provider of secured mobile solutions and services, announced this week it has acquired DSS Software Technologies for a combination of cash payments, earn-out positions, and warrants to be made and earned over a three-year period.

Sounds like a well constructed acquisition plan.
