She didn't have a business. Her campaign slogan was "I'm just a mom in tennis shoes." Which is nice if you're running for president of the Garden Club. The people of Washington knew what they were getting, a real ditz.

It is a mystery to me what anyone sees in Patty Murray, I certainly didn't vote for her. I've written to her several times about her stand on issues, and invariably I get the standard form letter back thanking me for my concerns. Not once has she ever written me a personal letter addressing my worries. She is exactly what she said she was/is....a mom in tennis shoes..... with no prior political experience that I know of. I suspect that after her stupid remarks, she will be seriously challenged and hopefully beaten. But you never know what the socialist/dem machine here in Washington will do to keep their candidate in office. Even one as stupid as Patty Murray. It is totally embarrassing. M
