Who has responsibility for the $113 billion deficit in the first two months of the 03 budget? When does Bush and Republicans accept responsibility. Bush now controls the Congress and the Administration.

At what point did the Great Depression stop being Hoover's and became FDR's?

The economy now is definitely the responsibility of Pres. Bush, I am just saying the recession we did have was directly traceable back to Clinton and would have occurred whether or not Bush or anyone else was elected. Bush's initial moves staved off it becoming worse, now we have to see what happens next when the new Congress starts up. jdn
