obviously it's "feelings" haven't been doing to good of a job for it. Complaining about the results doesn't seem very productive. If you aren't getting what you want, change the game plan. I suggest to you that this was all Ms. Murray was really saying. Her game plan may be as naive as the one in place, but it certainly couldn't be any worse. Our handling of foreign diplomacy is quite bad. It reminds me of one of my favorite lines- a character is talking about the inability of most of the English (of the 1600's) to speak foreign languages (because they disdain learning such things), and a guest says "So what do the English do when they meet foreigners?" and the answer is "They speak English louder".
