the arabs refuse to stop killing.

In such situations it helps to narrow down your target. I hope you realize that it is not all the Arabs, anywhere on this planet, who "refuse to stop killing".

There are a few extremist factions and they are feeding on the hate and suffering that the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land is causing. The Israelis are not playing this intelligently, and so the support for those factions grows.

There is no way anybody is going to support an all-out extermination of Palestinians. That is genocide. You may be mad enough to advocate it, but no sane head of state will do it. Frankly, I cannot think of any better way to turn every person on this planet hostile against Jewish people, leave them completely alienated and alone among their unfriendly neighbours. Guess what would happen then.

The solution has to be more intelligent than that. Something that will improve the lives of Palestinians & give them hope for the future, hence cutting off their support for Hamas et al. That is how you fight terrorism, as many countries learned the hard way over the past couple of decades. Brute force just makes it worse because then the terrorists' rant of opposing the oppressors by killing them in buses and cafes becomes more credible each day.
