I see you use both names as well. As either Coronation or North Slave, there are still encouraging signs from the region.

Ashton cherrypicked two bodies that basically outcropped -- and in the case of Artemisia, it definitely outcropped. After that, the hunt takes on a more traditional progression: an organized and detailed surface sampling program, and lopping the heads off of the indicator trains. Examine the geophysical targets in that area. Drilling ensues.

You can cut corners, but cutting corners leads to an increased failure rate.

Exploration takes bucks, and is strongly correlated with property size.

So, what factors are important before you reach the sampling stage?

1. Land position.

2. Wherewithal to explore properly.

In the North Slave, that seems to be Ashton, if it keeps the faith. Stornoway also seems to be up there. Diamondex rates well on coming up with cash, but it has a smaller land position and remains more set upon the South Slave.

As for the Trust-Me play -- that's another interesting one. I did a piece on that one about a year or so ago. There are encouraging signs from there of late.

Regards,

WillP
