I can pay anywhere from ~$.60 to $6 and up per pound of bread. Or I can buy something cheaper, like chicken @.$39/#, if I prefer (amazing how something higher up the food chain can be cheaper). But I'm not skipping health insurance, and I get considerably less choice of prices. Well, I guess I could skip it, and take my chances on choosing between bankruptcy and death.
