I have my sister as backup cook. We collaborate on what to make. And if I get called out it's usually for only 30 minutes or so.

We eat and open presents all night. They stay until I throw em' all out. Usually about midnight. The kids are then good and tired so they'll be asleep by the time they all get home. My brother only lives 3 miles down the beach from me and my sister lives on a farm about 10 minutes away in Orange.
