John Kerry was a true hero in Vietnam. The kind of man all people should respect and thank. Since then he has gone on to help veterans, the elderly, the environment, health care, US military and intelligence, foreign affairs, and his wisdom and honesty is highly respected on both sides of the aisle. Only the attack dog character assasination types (who often sound like potty-mouthed ten year olds) would attack such a man. But he is ready and doesn't care. He represents the best we have and his refusal to take special interest money sets an example all politicians should try to strive for. I watched a show on Enron last night. They spent 100 million in 3 years from 1998-2001 on govermnent officials and lobbyists, 80% to Republicans mainly around Bush. That is such a gross example of corruption especially considering they were the world's largest corporate rip-off scheme during that time. Ken Lay was even Bush's first choice for Treasury Secretary. How and why can this happen in today's America? Let's set it straight in 2004.
