It is difficult to see what they are playing at Mine is bigger than yours? Look South? Saddam paid them off? Look at me! ? Where the hell can they use them? The only advantage the nukes have is commercial. They're going to sell them. The US might as well buy the things and be done with it. Nobody wants the God forsaken place. Not the US. Not China. Not even the South, very much. As far as I can tell the folk running N Korea are looney toons. They don't actually have a clue how to run a country. I doubt a whole lot even the Chinese know how to talk to them....and don't particularly want to since it aggravates the Americans. Which way does the Monsoon blow?
