TEHRAN, Dec 23 (Reuters) - A Ukrainian passenger plane

in Iran, Iranian TV reported.
It said the passengers were from a Ukrainian aerospace

to test a new plane.
Early reports said the passengers were Turkish and Ukrainian
nationals.
A Turkish airport official in Ankara said the plane
originated in the Black Sea city of Trabzon in northeastern
