Arik, interesting, unique that gold is leading US$ now

usually the dollar is the lead instrument, gold follows
but with the ESF team hard at work sticking fat fingers in dike holes, they have too much to deal with nowadays

stocks, bonds, dollar
gold is harder to control, since BoJ and ECB are too busy on the FOREX fronts

what is your take on the recent change where it seems clear tom any (including me) that gold is the lead dog now?
much appreciated, always value your views

my take is that the debasement of currencies will be universal soon as yen, dollar, euro will all be undermined in a massive effort to lead to orderly dollar devaluation
the Central Banks will attempt to convince the world that all is well as RELATIVE CURRENCY VALUATIONS are maintained
but they overlook the role of GOLD in the relative scoring process

I think they lose control on gold while battling deflation
they will continue to push the Demonetized Gold Role
that will be a harder sell, as time passes

thanks, jim
