Everyone does not have an interest in cleaning house and lest any Democrats say differently, it was Republicans that forced Lott to step down. Let the Democrats keep Murray. Despite previous experience, Democrats will circle the wagons to their own detriment and do not understand the concept of the monkey trap or the rewards of letting go.
