Scratchy - Another interesting question is, whether we will see CDMA to GSM/EDGE/WCDMA migrations.

More interesting to me would be if some of those that have announced in the GSM/EDGE/WCDMA migration path back off after they see the wonderful success of WCDMA and the very difficult transitions being seen by those in the TDMA to GSM part of the transition. Not to mention the very low data rates on GPRS and its cost.

more great endorsements of GSM at ATT and Cingular.

The first plaintiff post starts on the bottom and responses work there way up. All from the cingular site at www.phonescoops.com.

Why would any subscriber put up with this "upgrade" path?
