I thought you knew of a particular incident where a late term fetus was aborted. I don't know of anyone who has ever had an abortion after you could tell she was pregnant.

I would argue the right to terminate. Arguing a right to do something is not the same thing as supporting doing it let alone being cavalier about doing it. It's much like the Skokie matter on which you and I disagree. I would argue the KKK's right to express itself even as I am disgusted by their choosing to do so and would do whatever I could to discourage them short of abrogating their right. I don't think you can equate arguing a right with supporting the behavior. I think drugs should be legal, too, although I don't use them and don't hang with people who do.
